Role Description The Electrical Engineer will work on-site in Turkmenistan in a full-time capacity, supporting electrical design and implementation for construction. The role involves coordinating with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project plans, as well as reviewing contractor work to ensure compliance with codes and standards. The Electrical Engineer will conduct inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues during construction, and support testing, commissioning, and documentation of completed systems. The position also includes contributing to safety plans, participating in project meetings, and providing technical input to optimize cost, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with the ability to apply engineering principles to construction projects.
• Understanding of Power Systems, grid connections, and coordination with utility providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in an on-site engineering role.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards, and commitment to safety practices.
• Ability to use CAD or electrical design software and standard office productivity tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Ability to work on-site in Turkmenistan and adapt to project schedules and field conditions.
