Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the preparation of construction organization designs and specialized construction plans.

2. Be able to review and interpret discipline-specific construction drawings, engineering designs, and related technical documents; lead the preparation of material procurement requests and site material applications.

3. Organize the development of discipline-specific plans and construction designs; be responsible for the overall management of production, technical, quality, safety, and secondary business development activities within the assigned discipline.

4. Prepare various construction plans and monitor the implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress schedules.

5. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Complete project documentation in a timely manner; support project cash collection plans; perform discipline-specific cost accounting and control project expenditures.

7. Supervise subcontractor construction activities within the assigned discipline; ensure the efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower while controlling construction costs.

8. Assist in project completion, handover, and settlement activities; support the Project Manager in coordinating with clients and third-party auditors to achieve successful final audit approval and provide effective solutions when required.

9. Resolve technical issues arising during construction; coordinate and manage technical problem-solving activities; implement value engineering, optimization, and detailed design improvements within the assigned discipline to support project profitability and secondary business development.

10. Provide recommendations on cost optimization and pricing strategies, particularly for major materials and equipment procurement.

11. Strengthen hazard identification training and awareness programs to ensure safe project execution.

12. Implement and support the execution of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and Intelligent Performance Management initiatives.

13. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications :

1. Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering management. Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor/factory electrical projects is preferred.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Capable of preparing drawing revisions, as-built drawings, and quantity take-offs.

5. Strong cost control awareness and proven experience in project cost management to ensure project profitability.

6. Basic Chinese and Proficient English speaking.
