About the role

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative electrical and electronic engineering projects. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimisation of electrical systems and components that power our technological solutions. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test electrical systems, circuits and components in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for electrical projects and initiatives
• Perform detailed calculations, simulations and analysis using relevant engineering software and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, drawings, specifications and test reports
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic testing to identify and resolve electrical system faults and inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to optimise system performance and cost-effectiveness
• Support the installation, commissioning and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation within the engineering department

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Professional Engineering (PE) licence or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical or electronic engineering design and development
• Strong proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, SPICE or equivalent simulation tools
• Solid understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, control systems and electronic components
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards and industry best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically through complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines
• Experience in project management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Preferred experience in telecommunications, power electronics or embedded systems design
