Electrical Engineer

• Supervise and manage electrical works on construction sites.
• Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, MEP teams, and project management.
• Review electrical shop drawings, technical documents, and material submittals.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage electrical manpower and subcontractors effectively.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related electrical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, architectural, and structural works.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in electrical construction/MEP works.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and site execution.
• Experience with LV systems, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, lighting, power, earthing, and ELV systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ability to manage site activities and electrical workforce efficiently.
• Knowledge of UAE electrical regulations and authority requirements is preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
