Electrical Engineer

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the industrial manufacturing with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer   as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the E&I Department Manager
THE ROLE

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for:

• Maintain and improve electrical systems, power distribution equipment, and plant facilities.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance and solve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Support production teams by troubleshooting equipment and improving system performance.
• Lead or support engineering projects, including system upgrades, installations, and start-up activities.
• Promote electrical safety, provide technical guidance, and support maintenance team training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within industrial manufacturing, chemical, or process plant environment.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, automation systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, technical documents, equipment manuals, and use Microsoft Office or SAP systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Willing to support on-call operations when required.
