Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer with knowledge and experience in solar panel systems and renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, evaluating, implementing, and overseeing solar power projects while ensuring compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and company requirements. The role requires technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to support growing solar initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and electrical installations
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and technical assessments for solar projects
• Prepare electrical layouts, load computations, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation
• Evaluate project requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project completion
• Monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards
• Troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues and provide technical solutions
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of installed systems
• Ensure adherence to local electrical codes and renewable energy regulations
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and completion records
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical recommendations when needed

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC License Required)
• Preferably in early 30’s
• Minimum 3–5 years related experience in electrical systems and solar panel projects
• Knowledgeable in Solar PV Systems (On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Systems)
• Experience in electrical design, load computation, and system troubleshooting
• Familiar with solar installation standards and renewable energy practices
• Can perform site inspections and project coordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to travel and conduct field work when necessary
• Experience in lighting, electrical products, or construction industry is an advantage
