Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer to join our growing team, focused on project execution, electrical inspection, and testing support. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to apply their technical knowledge in real-world engineering environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit inspection reports alongside the project Gantt chart.
• Initiate purchase requests for required materials and consumables.
• Monitor daily project progress and maintain up-to-date tracking, including materials status.
• Provide daily project activity updates to clients.
• Coordinate NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services such as PT, MT, and RT.
• Communicate with clients to address questions and clarify project-related issues.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of project tasks and milestones.
• Generate comprehensive service reports.
• Assist electrical technicians during motor solo run testing.
• Work closely with QA/QC engineers to schedule and execute final project testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or Registered Electrical Engineer.
• Preferably with at least 1- 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on repair and maintenance services
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Working Conditions:

• Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits depending on project needs.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional overtime or weekend work based on project deadlines.
• Health & Safety: Strict adherence to company health, safety, and environmental guidelines while on-site or during inspections. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Supervisions:

• Directly reporting to the Workshop Lead and Engineering Lead
