Electrical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Perform electrical design of power transformers based on customer specifications, electrical design requirements, applicable standards, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Design and review transformer winding drawing, electrical insulation, winding assembly and other electrical component to keep the transformer comply with the guarantee value offered during tendering stage
• Create and evaluate electrical design arrangement of transformer core, windings, and ensure the transformer pass Factory Acceptance Test and withstand short circuit forces during operation at site.
• Create detail electrical simulation and analysis such as FEA, Gtraf, CFD for verifying the transformer has a good performance
• Extract and compile parts information to generate accurate BOMs and part lists for manufacturing
• Provide guidance to production teams on engineering and manufacturing matters, troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly

CANDIDATE SHALL PAY ATTENTION THAT THIS POSITION WOULD BE HIRED BY MANPOWER SUPPLY VENDOR IN CONTRACT BASE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Power.
• Knowledgeable of Transformers, High Voltage Switchgear (HVS) & Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) is a plus point.
• Knowledgeable with Power Transformer concept, AUTOCAD tool, and Microsoft Office
• Generally, 3+ years of experience in project management or related roles is required.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Demonstrate the effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven the ability to identify and resolve issues during project life cycle.
• Admit strong organizational skill for planning, scheduling and resources allocation.
• Experienced in managing project budgets and costs.
• Preferably a non-smoker candidate.
