Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical & ELV Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and residential interior/turnkey projects. The candidate should be capable of handling electrical design, detailed drawings, BOQ, estimation and site coordination, along with basic ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Electrical Working Drawings using AutoCAD.

• Prepare Lighting, Power, DB, SLD, Load Schedule, Cable Routing and Earthing layouts.

• Prepare accurate Electrical BOQ, quantity take-off and material estimates.

• Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, interior, HVAC, plumbing, fire and ceiling drawings.

• Review drawings and provide technical support to the site execution team.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings.

• Coordinate with electrical contractors, vendors and suppliers.

• Check electrical materials, quantities and technical specifications.

• Prepare as-built drawings, snag lists and handover documentation.

• Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

ELV Experience Required

Candidates should have working knowledge/experience in:

• FAS – Fire Alarm System

• CCTV System

• PA System – Public Address

• Networking / Data & IT Systems

• CAT6 / Fiber cabling and cable routing

• ELV layouts, BOQ and quantity estimation

Required Skills

• AutoCAD – Mandatory

• MS Excel – Mandatory

• Good knowledge of electrical materials and installation practices

• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings

• Good knowledge of electrical load calculations and BOQ preparation

• Good site coordination and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate

The candidate should be hands-on in both Design and Site Execution and capable of handling the complete process:

Design → Detailed Drawings → Load Calculation → BOQ → Procurement Support → Site Execution → Testing & Commissioning → Handover
