About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to support electrical systems, industrial automation, and equipment reliability across our manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot production equipment, optimize PLC programs, support maintenance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance production efficiency and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot electrical and robot faults on production lines.
• Optimize PLC programs to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Manage spare parts requisition and acceptance for electrical equipment.
• Guide and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
• Support equipment modifications and new project implementation.
• Prepare electrical operation, maintenance, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Process, and Equipment teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles.
• Experience with industrial automation systems and PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiar with electrical system installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical components and control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills with the ability to prepare technical documentation.
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
