JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in fit-out works and maintenance. The role will be responsible for overseeing electrical works on-site, reviewing electrical designs and plans, coordinating fit-out and maintenance activities, preparing bidding documents, evaluating technical bids, and preparing accurate material quantity and cost estimates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Review electrical designs, plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.

·        Supervise and monitor electrical fit-out, renovation, repair, and maintenance works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

·        Conduct regular site inspections and identify electrical issues requiring troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or corrective action.

·        Prepare bid documents, conduct technical bid evaluations, and facilitate technical clarification meetings with contractors and suppliers.

·        Conduct material quantity take-offs and site measurements and prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical works, materials, and equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·        Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

·        The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical fit-out, renovation, and maintenance works, preferably within commercial, office, retail, or real estate properties.

·        A Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license is preferred.

·        Experience in supervising contractors and monitoring electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance works.

·        Experience in preparing BOQ/material quantity take-offs, cost estimates, bid documents, and technical bid evaluations is an advantage.

·        Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
