Electrical Engineer

About the role

Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical works for New Build and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedule and quality standards
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, and other project documentation
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical and site issues
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and material usage
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and workplace safety requirements
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical works
• Experience in subcontractor projects involving New Build and/or Addition & Alteration (A&A) works
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
