ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

1. Prepare and update daily sterilization records

2. Prepare material and arrange processes

3. Perform daily process quality checks

4. Experience with any mechanical or electrical equipment is required for machine setting and adjustment tasks.

5. Train and guide new operators

6. Mandatory checks all training records

7. Assist in monthly stock taking

8. Assist in new process and material setting

9. Raise and write necessary reports for Process Change, discrepancy, deviation and failure control

10. Provide support for production re-work, scrap/loss, disposal, process validation. Discrepancy, process deviation

11. Major product failure report writing and documentation

12. Directly coordinate with production supervisor/ leader in production schedule/improvement/audit/ stock take and etc.

13. Basic familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements is essential for this role.

14. Propose/Implement equipment related improvements for safety, quality and productivity

15. Provide support in investigating all quality problems related to machine performance and provide corrective and preventive actions

16. Other responsibilities assigned by superior

17. A minimum of 1-2 years of electrical engineering experience is required for this position.

18. Any engineering degree is required as the minimum educational qualification.
