Electrical Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PE – EE Engineer to support electronic product manufacturing, NPI, production ramp-up, and continuous improvement activities. The successful candidate will work closely with EE, ME, FW, SW, Quality, Production, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth production, resolve technical issues, and improve product quality, yield, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support NPI activities from prototype build through mass production.
• Support production line setup, equipment, testers, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and production-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support RFQ, EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp-up activities.
• Develop and maintain production test procedures, work instructions, and checklists.
• Support tester and fixture development, debugging, validation, and maintenance.
• Analyze production data and improve yield, process stability, and efficiency.
• Work closely with EE, ME, FW, SW, Quality, Production, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Support component evaluation, BOM review, and engineering changes.
• Manage and support ECO/ECN implementation in production.
• Provide technical support and training to production technicians and operators.
• Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and test systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum *3–5 years of experience** in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in electronic product manufacturing and NPI.
• Experience with production testers, fixtures, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electronic circuits, PCBAs, sensors, motors, power supplies, and common interfaces.
• Experience with RFQ, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production support.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to support production issues and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
