What they need
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with expertise in MEPFS works for our construction projects. The role involves preparing electrical plans and estimates, supervising installation works, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in construction, building services, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, testing, and maintenance.
- Able to prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and evaluate electrical work requirements.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiar with local electrical codes, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
