Electrical Engineer

Position: Construction Technical Assistan t

1. MAIN TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES

Document Management:

• Maintain and update all project documentation

(drawings, contracts, reports)

• Ensure proper version control and distribution of documents

• Organize both electronic and hard copy filing systems

Quality Control:

- Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documents

• Track document approvals and revisions

• Maintain document logs and tracking systems

Coordination:

- Serve as liaison between project teams and external parties far document exchange

• Prepare document transmittals and ensure timely delivery

• Responsible far project closeout documentation, active assistance of the process and file the documents

Compliance:

- Ensure documents comply with company standards and regulatory requirements

-Prepare documentation far audits and inspections

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents

1. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE)

• At least middle level education

• 2+ years experience in construction documentation

• Basic understanding of construction drawings

• Electrical engineering diploma is an advantage.
