ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Duties

• Design, install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and facilities.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliable operation of electrical equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Monitor the performance of electrical systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments on electrical projects and maintenance activities.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and other engineering documentation.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of electrical projects, equipment installation, and system upgrades.

• Support production and maintenance teams by providing technical expertise on electrical-related concerns.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, or construction.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, motors, control panels, and industrial equipment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of electrical design software is an advantage.

• Familiar with electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
