Electrical Engineer

Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Woodbridge, Connecticut - (Onsite)
Contract: 12+ months

Job Description:

Design and develop electronic hardware from concept through production using Altium Designer. Create electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and manufacturing documentation; support prototype build and bench testing.

Key Responsibilities· Develop electrical schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer.

· Select electronic components and maintain schematic symbols, footprints, and component libraries.

· Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuit boards.

· Generate fabrication packages, assembly drawings, BOMs, Gerber/ODB++ files, and engineering documentation.

· Support prototype builds, design reviews, production release, and engineering changes.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.

· Experience with Altium Designer.

· Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and manufacturing support.

Core Technical SkillsAltium Designer Schematic Capture Multi-layer PCB Layout Component Selection Library Management Controlled Impedance Routing IPC Standards.
