We are hiring Electrical Engineer to join us in Sol, Portugal on a major Data Centre project.

Your Job Description:

• Support electrical testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Complete pre-commissioning checks and verify system readiness.
• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, test procedures and commissioning scripts.
• Test and commission switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, ATS/STS, PDUs and busbar systems.
• Verify alarms, interlocks, controls and EPMS/BMS interfaces.
• Support energisation, functional testing and integrated systems testing.
• Record results and maintain test packs, commissioning reports and issue trackers.
• Identify defects and work with contractors and vendors to resolve them.
• Provide progress updates to the GC, client and commissioning team.
• Follow all LOTO, permit-to-work and site safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Electrical engineering, electrical trade or equivalent technical qualification.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Engineer, Commissioning Engineer or Electrical Commissioning Technician.
• Experience commissioning electrical systems on data centres or other mission-critical projects.
• Good knowledge of critical power-distribution systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Practical electrical testing and fault-finding experience.
• Previous exposure to L1–L5 commissioning would be beneficial.
• Eligible to work in Europe and available to travel or work on rotation.
