Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise electrical maintenance activities across the plant.
• Ensure reliable operation of electrical systems, production machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize machinery breakdowns and production downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, MCCs, transformers, generators, motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and electrical distribution systems.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Analyze recurring electrical breakdowns and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain electrical maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and applicable workplace safety standards.
• Supervise electricians and technical staff and provide guidance on electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Assist in electrical projects, machinery installation, commissioning, and modification work.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for improved electrical efficiency.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc./B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Experience with PLC, VFD, MCC, control panels, motors, transformers, and industrial automation.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial safety practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns when required.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
