· 3-5 years’ experience in Modular/Prefab building in UAE.
Job Description.
- Design Review and Compliance.
- Preparation & review of engineering submissions.
- Coordination with Client, Draftsmen and MEP Engineers & Supervisors
- Cost Control and Value Engineering.
- Material take-off and purchase requisitions.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards.
Competencies Required
· AutoCAD/ CAD Mate proficiency.
· Expertise in creating detailed design and technical drawings.
In-depth understanding of the standards and regulations set by local bodies and international codes.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
