岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities

1. 电气系统设计与技术管理 / Electrical System Design & Technical Management

• 负责海外大型工业及新能源项目的电气一次、二次系统设计及技术管理，涵盖光伏、风电、储能及火电等项目。
• Responsible for primary and secondary electrical system design and technical management for large-scale overseas industrial and renewable energy projects, including PV, wind, energy storage, and thermal power projects.
• 负责电气技术方案审核及技术把关，确保设计符合项目要求、相关标准及规范。
• Review electrical technical solutions and ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable standards, and technical specifications.

2. 设计协调 / Design Coordination

• 配合设计院开展施工图设计、图纸审核及设计交底。
• Coordinate with design institutes on construction drawing development, design reviews, and technical briefings.
• 审核电气专业施工图纸，组织图纸会审、技术交底及设计澄清会议。
• Review electrical construction drawings and organize drawing reviews, technical clarification meetings, and design coordination sessions.
• 协调设计过程中发现的问题，并推动相关方及时解决。
• Identify and coordinate the resolution of design-related issues with relevant stakeholders.

3. 现场技术管理 / Site Technical Management

• 负责项目施工阶段的电气技术管理，及时解决现场电气技术问题。
• Manage electrical technical activities during the construction phase and resolve electrical engineering issues on site.
• 对电气设备安装、接线、调试及试运行提供技术指导和监督。
• Provide technical guidance and supervision for electrical equipment installation, wiring, commissioning, and testing.
• 协调现场施工单位、设备供应商及其他相关方，确保施工质量符合设计及项目要求。
• Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure construction quality meets design and project requirements.

4. 项目技术支持 / Project Technical Support

• 协调电气专业与土建、机械、控制等其他专业之间的技术接口。
• Coordinate technical interfaces between electrical engineering and other disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and control systems.
• 确保项目电气系统按照设计要求、质量标准及项目计划顺利实施。
• Ensure electrical systems are implemented in accordance with design requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
• 为项目执行、调试及并网等关键阶段提供电气技术支持。
• Provide electrical engineering support during key project phases, including project execution, commissioning, and grid connection.

任职资格 / Qualifications

• 电气工程、自动化、机电工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 具有3年以上电气工程设计或项目现场技术管理经验，有海外大型工业或新能源项目经验者优先。
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering design or site technical management, preferably with experience in large-scale overseas industrial or renewable energy projects.
• 具备光伏、风电、储能、火电等大型项目电气一次/二次设计，或设备安装、调试及现场技术管理经验。
• Experience in primary and/or secondary electrical design, equipment installation, commissioning, or site technical management for large-scale PV, wind, energy storage, or thermal power projects.
• 熟悉相关国家及地区的电气、储能法规、标准及技术规范。
• Familiarity with applicable electrical and energy storage regulations, standards, and technical specifications in relevant European countries.
• 具备较强的电气系统设计、现场技术管理、跨专业协调及问题解决能力。
• Strong capabilities in electrical system design, site technical management, cross-disciplinary coordination, and problem-solving.
• 中文及英语流利，具备德语能力者优先。
• Fluent in Chinese and English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• 能够适应长期驻外工作，并根据项目需要前往欧洲不同国家的项目现场。
• Willing and able to undertake long-term overseas assignments and travel extensively to project sites across Europe.
