What they need
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.
Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is preferred/required.
With experience in manufacturing, industrial electrical systems, and machine maintenance is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in electrical troubleshooting, control systems, and preventive maintenance.
Willing to work on-site and, when necessary, on shifting schedules or overtime.
Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and machines.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical and control system problems to minimize machine downtime.
Monitor electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Prepare electrical plans, reports, maintenance records, and other technical documents.
Assist in machine improvement, modification, and installation projects.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams regarding electrical concerns.
Ensure proper implementation of electrical safety procedures.
Perform other duties related to electrical engineering as assigned by management.
