Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of

production machines and utility equipment.

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and

Hydraulic Systems.

• Experience in welding equipment, robotic welding systems,

compressors, pumps, DG sets, and EOT cranes maintenance.

• Expertise in machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and

downtime reduction.

• Knowledge of TPM, OEE improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean

Manufacturing practices.

• Ability to manage spare parts inventory, maintenance planning,

and maintenance documentation.

• Experience in PLC basics, electrical panels, motors, drives, and

control systems.

• Knowledge of safety standards, energy conservation, and cost

reduction initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional

coordination skills.

• Experience in new machine installation, commissioning, and

process improvement projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and
• Hydraulic systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, TPM,
• and machine troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Robotic Welding systems, PLC basics, compressors,
• pumps, DG sets, and utility maintenance.
• Ability to improve OEE, reduce machine downtime, and implement
• cost-saving initiatives.
• Good understanding of safety standards, maintenance
• documentation, spare parts management, and continuous
• improvement practices.
