Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a non-supervisory Senior Design Electrical Engineer in the Engineering Division, Design Branch. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. USACE New York District will be relocating from 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY to 3 2nd Street, Jersey City, NJ in March 2027.
