Electrical Engineer

·         Coordinate with the Operations Officer and Supervisor for the services to be performed on site

·         Supervise and monitor service crews on site in conducting service/s required by the client

·         Monitor the troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated client’s facilities and equipment

·         Ensure that inspection checklist, data sheets and test results are complete and submitted to sales and marketing/operations department

·         Prepare spot report identified/noticed during servicing and submit to sales and marketing/operations department

·         Prepare recommendation for findings/problems found at the client’s facilities during servicing, submit to Operations Head/GM for approval

·         Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) for materials, components, parts, equipment and supplies for each WO/Project, making sure that correct technical specification is given/written with supporting data, pictures, drawing, data and all relevant information are attached to PR

·         Resolution of all problems or dispute in all Services and Installation projects that may arise before, during and after implementation. It is the sole responsibility of the SE to ensure that said problems or dispute are fully resolved to the satisfaction of the clients/ customer and PSSI. Management

·         Technical assistance shall be given to purchasing all the time as needed by purchasing to ensure that the requested items are purchased as specified at the best possible price and on-time as needed by the project

·         Submit a copy of the report to sales and marketing department for proposal/quotation preparation

·         Review submitted test reports from the subcontractors

·         Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company

·         Set a good example to colleagues by observing and obeying all company rules and regulations, complying with all site regulations, and safeguarding Company properties

·         Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment

·         Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by PSSI are understood and met

·         Ensure to complete all necessary Company documentation punctually and in accordance with any ·         guidelines or schedules issued (including Time Sheets, Staff Expenses, site reports, etc.)

·         Reporting and communications protocol at office (Reporting to Acting Operations Head/GM)

a. Stand-up reporting daily – report daily to GM all plan activities for the day

b. Call and text reporting before, during and after completion of services

c. Formal (written) report that will be submitted to the client

·         Reporting and communications protocol with Customers’ Representative

a. Upon arrival at site – ensure that contact Engineer will be contacted for coordination on site.

b. During work in progress – any queries will be coordinated to customer’s representative

·         c. After completion of work – ensure all checklist are signed, replaced materials are properly turned over and signed by customer’s representative, and ensure tool keeper/s have checked tools and equipment prior to departure from site.

·         Prepare training modules/methodology for test equipment to use in training of existing and new technicians.

·         Schedule training and conduct training for all test equipment available in PSSI.

·         Identification of training to be prioritized for the operations.

·         Generation and preparation of training materials to be initiated.

·         Arrangements of training and cooperate with the HRA for the schedule.
