Electrical Engineer

ABOUT THE POSITION.
This role suits an engineer who is technically curious, comfortable dealing with clients and consultants and keen to build a reputation for reliable, well-considered work. If you're ready to step up and take on more responsibility, you'll have the room to do it, with a clear pathway to Senior Electrical Engineer.

DUTIES.

• Deliver electrical design and documentation for lighting and power, security and communication
• Undertake maximum demand, cable sizing and lighting calculations
• Collaborate with architects, other engineering disciplines and clients to resolve design issues and meet project milestones
• Ensure all designs comply with Australian Standards and relevant regulations
• Support project coordination and stakeholder communication

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in PowerCAD, AGi32 and DIALux or similar software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence dealing with clients and consultants
• A proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to manage your own workload
