Role & responsibilities
Electrical Engineer
Engineering
Manages, maintains, and optimizes high/low voltage power distribution, control automation, and heavy electrical machinery to ensure maximum plant uptime, energy efficiency, and safety compliance.
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high/low voltage systems, transformers, switchgears, PLCs, VFDs, and motors.
Identify and reduce electrical and thermal heat losses across plant equipment.
Design and execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Oversee power factor improvement and electrical safety (LOTO, safety awareness).
PLC programming, VFDs, relay logic, and motor control centres.
Electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs) and high/low voltage distribution.
Thermic fluid heaters, transformers, and electro-hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Power distribution optimization & energy conservation.
Heavy equipment fault diagnostics & root-cause failure analysis.
Workplace safety (LOTO) & 5S organization.
