Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Control Panel & Electrical Wiring Technician responsible for electrical panel assembly, control panel wiring, machine wiring, and installation of electrical components as per electrical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control panel drawings.
• Perform control panel wiring and electrical wiring as per drawings and standards.
• Assemble and install electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, terminal blocks, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, etc.
• Perform panel dressing, cable routing, ferruling, crimping, and termination.
• Carry out machine electrical wiring and field wiring.
• Identify and troubleshoot wiring and electrical faults.
• Test panels and electrical circuits for proper operation and safety.
• Ensure proper earthing and cable termination.
• Use electrical hand tools and testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
• Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and the production team during panel assembly, testing, and installation.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of control panel wiring and industrial electrical wiring.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical components and their applications.
• Good understanding of cable sizing, termination, ferruling, and crimping.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, VFD, sensors, and control circuits is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualification

• ITI – Electrician / Electrical Trade preferred.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be an advantage.
• Relevant hands-on experience in control panel wiring or industrial electrical wiring.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience in control panel wiring, electrical panel assembly, machine wiring, or industrial electrical work.
