Job Summary

VOLTRIX EV is looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer who has completed a B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) and has a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and support the installation of EV charging stations.

• Work with 60 kW, 120 kW, and 240 kW DC fast-charging systems.

• Assess electrical infrastructure and power supply requirements at project sites.

• Review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and load calculations.

• Coordinate electrical cabling, power distribution, earthing, and protection systems.

• Conduct site inspections, electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely execution.

• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and regulations.

• Monitor charger performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.

• Prepare technical reports, site inspection records, and installation documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Completed B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Electrical Engineering.

• Practical experience in electrical installations, power distribution, or electrical infrastructure.

• Knowledge of electrical drawings, load calculations, earthing, and safety systems.

• Good communication, technical coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EV charging infrastructure or electric vehicle charging systems.

• Knowledge of DC fast chargers and grid connectivity.

• Experience in electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

Project Overview

The selected candidate will support VOLTRIX EV's EV charging infrastructure project, including the development and deployment of charging stations and associated electrical systems.
