Electrical Engineer

Epcon Industrial Systems is seeking a motivated, high-potential Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineering staff to support the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for custom industrial capital equipment. Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E.) required.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with engineering software platforms.
• Aptitude: Eager to learn, self-motivated, and resourceful with a strong technical drive.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Environment: Ability and willingness to work productively in a hands-on manufacturing facility.
