Electrical Engineer

Responsible for site supervision and execution of electrical systems in transportation projects, ensuring compliance with design, safety standards, and project timelines.

Your role

Supervise electrical cable diversion, rerouting, and relocation works. Ensure proper cable protection measures during construction activities. Review method statements, material submittents, shop drawings, SLDs, and load schedules. Coordinate new electrical assets, feeder pillars, and service terminations as per TAQA standards. Manage temporary and permanent power supply for road and infrastructure utilities. Oversee substation relocation, shutdown coordination, and authority approvals. Supervise street lighting relocation, cable rerouting, and under-bridge lighting installations. Monitor testing, commissioning, quality, and HSE compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, roads, or transportation projects. Strong experience in LV/MV/HV networks, substations, street lighting, and utility diversions. Experience coordinating with utility authorities and contractors.
