Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide specialist electrical engineering support across site operations and projects.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of electrical systems and infrastructure while supporting capital, sustaining, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical design reviews and technical assessments.
• Perform power system studies and analysis.
• Support underground electrical infrastructure and operations.
• Deliver fixed plant maintenance, improvement, and growth projects.
• Provide technical support for fixed plant electrical systems and equipment.
• Develop maintenance strategies to optimise equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Support commissioning, upgrades, and plant modifications.
• Prepare technical reports and root cause investigations.

About you:

• Underground mining experience - highly desirable
• Fixed plant experience - highly desirable
• Proven power systems experience
• Experience with commissioning and operational reliability
• Experience supporting mining growth or infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• C Class manual license
