Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing electrical installations, ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role plays a vital part in maintaining electrical system reliability, supporting project operations, and delivering quality engineering solutions through effective planning, inspection, troubleshooting, and coordination with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and evaluate electrical plans, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Supervise and monitor electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot electrical problems.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other engineering teams.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is an advantage or a requirement, depending on company needs.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, electrical plans, and safety standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Working Schedule = 6 days per week
