Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Electrical Site Engineer with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our team and support the successful execution of electrical installations on building projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site electrical works, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and monitoring project progress, quality, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on-site.
• Oversee power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, KNX building automation, and low-current systems.
• Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and installation plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, material requirements, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Follow up on testing, inspections, commissioning, and completion of electrical works.
• Participate in technical discussions with suppliers and subcontractors regarding materials, specifications, and installation requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in electrical installations and site supervision.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards.
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, KNX, and low-current systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate site teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, residential, or large-scale building projects.
• Previous experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with electrical testing, commissioning, and quality control procedures.
