1. Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Electrical Engineer with 2–4 years of UAE experience in building construction and electrical works. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination, with the ability to ensure that all electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable UAE regulations.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation works at construction sites.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Ensure proper installation of lighting systems, power distribution, cable trays, conduits, wiring, DBs, and other electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, plumbing, and other project teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Monitor site progress and ensure that electrical works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors.
• Assist in preparing material submittals, technical documents, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE electrical regulations and relevant authority requirements.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other project documentation.
• Identify technical issues on-site and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.

3. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional training or certifications will be an advantage.

4. Experience and Technical Skills

• Minimum 2–4 years of electrical engineering experience in the UAE.
• Experience in building construction projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation, power distribution, lighting, wiring, cable containment, and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with UAE electrical standards and local authority requirements.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning, quality control, and site inspection procedures.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.

5. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
• Must be willing to work at project sites in Sharjah and other UAE locations as required.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, teamwork, and project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
