Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret the drawings, specifications, BOQ and execute the Electrical Works Including Internal and External electrification.
• Good Knowledge and experience in HT, LT and DG works in both residential and commercial projects.
• Good Knowledge and Experience in extra low voltage system.
• Manage Day to day responsible activities assigned for the project.
• Check for Quality in Electrical works and Erection installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical equipment.
• Undertake site observation and also need to plan, organize the review and evaluate the work.
• Lead the planning, sequencing and implementation of Project for Electrical works.
• Cost estimation of Electrical works on the basis of various rate schedule of market analysis.
• Attending design review meetings and provide valuable inputs to the design consultant considering the project requirements.
• Attending respective project weekly / Monthly meetings, preparing notes.
• Responsible for coordination with site plans, architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical and plumbing, low voltage, fire protection services with respect to project requirement.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide direction and support to project team.
• Ensure Material specification with standard codes and models.
• Maintaining the Site Inspection and Factory Test reports of the material and equipment received.
• Attend Project, site progress and any coordination meeting related to the project as directed by Project manager.
• Review the contractor construction schedule.
• Reviewing contractors work method statement before executing.
• Review and certify the monthly RA bills of the contractor.
• Monitor and promote Quality and safety while execution.
