Electrical Engineer

About the role

ARR Industrial Incorporated is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in General Trias City, Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and solutions for our industrial operations. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our electrical infrastructure, contributing directly to the success of our projects and the advancement of our company's technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems, components, and equipment according to project specifications and industry standards
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new electrical installations and system upgrades
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation using CAD software and other design tools
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and malfunctions, implementing corrective actions and preventative maintenance strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and technicians to ensure seamless project execution
• Perform calculations for power distribution, load analysis, and energy efficiency optimisation
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain comprehensive records of electrical system specifications, maintenance activities, and performance data
• Support the training and mentoring of junior engineering staff and technical personnel

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline

• Without or with minimum of 1 year of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in construction industry

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commitment to quality and safety
