Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing electrical systems for industrial projects, including power distribution and power systems, in accordance with standards and client specifications. Day-to-day activities include preparing calculations, drawings, and technical documentation; coordinating with multidisciplinary teams; and supporting FEED, basic and detailed engineering phases. The role involves participation in design reviews, resolving technical issues, assisting with procurement-related technical inputs, and supporting commissioning activities as required. The Electrical Engineer will also help ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements while meeting project schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess applied expertise in Electrical Design for industrial facilities and related systems.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Power Distribution and Power Systems, including load flow, protection, and system reliability.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in industrial projects (e.g., oil and gas, power plants, petrochemical, or similar sectors) is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with electrical design software and industry codes/standards (e.g., IEC, IS, IEEE) is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents, and to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
