Electrical Engineer

Position: Electrical Site Engineer / Project Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer with 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction, MEP, commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of electrical works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all electrical installation activities at site.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate procurement activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety regulations.
• Verify subcontractor work and monitor productivity at site.
• Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in electrical construction/MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
