Role Description This is a full-time Electrical Engineer role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment used in hygienic product manufacturing, including power distribution and control systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing electrical drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations. The role involves monitoring plant electrical performance, diagnosing faults, coordinating repairs, and optimizing energy usage and system reliability. The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams, participate in commissioning new equipment, and support continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electricity and core Electrical Engineering principles, with the ability to apply them to industrial environments.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design, including schematics, layouts, and specifications for manufacturing and plant infrastructure.
• Experience with Power Systems and Power Distribution, including load analysis, protection coordination, and system reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., IEC or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, preferably in FMCG, hygienic products, or similar process industries.
• Ability to use electrical design and analysis software (such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement in Ajman and support occasional extended hours during critical projects or maintenance.
