Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in electrical construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and site execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market, and the ability to coordinate directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.

The position is available on an Ajeer rental basis, with immediate availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage electrical installation, site execution, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Oversee LV/MV electrical systems, power distribution, transformers, switchgear, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, cable laying, cable trays, lighting, and earthing systems.

• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), technical specifications, material submittals, and method statements.

• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, Saudi Building Code, SEC requirements where applicable, and relevant IEC/IEEE standards.

• Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, material requirements, and work progress.

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspection requests (IRs), material inspection requests (MIRs), and quality documentation.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, site conflicts, and installation challenges.

• Coordinate electrical activities with civil, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE procedures, electrical safety standards, and project schedules.

• Support testing, commissioning, snag-list clearance, and final project handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including substantial experience in Saudi Arabia.

• Proven experience in electrical construction, installation, site supervision, and project execution.

• Strong knowledge of LV/MV distribution systems, electrical equipment, cable installations, lighting, grounding, and electrical protection systems.

• Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects.

• Previous experience working directly with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, SEC, or other major Saudi clients is an advantage.

• Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, electrical testing procedures, and project documentation.

• Strong client coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, where applicable.

• Valid Iqama and eligibility for an appropriate Ajeer rental arrangement.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
