Job Overview

Kwong Sang Engineering Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Electrical / Electronic Engineer to join our engineering team.

This role is responsible for the design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electromechanical and automation systems across our factory facilities and engineering projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all production equipment and automated systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key Responsibilities

·         System Design & Drafting: Assist in designing, drafting, and updating electrical and control circuit schematics using AutoCAD.

·         Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance, testing, and immediate troubleshooting for factory machinery, power control cabinets, and electronic systems.

·         Testing & Commissioning: Conduct on-site testing, debugging (T&C), and performance optimization following electromechanical system assembly.

·         Project Coordination & Supervision: Monitor engineering project timelines and ensure all electrical and electronic works fully comply with relevant Hong Kong statutory safety regulations and technical standards.

·         Documentation & Technical Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare detailed technical reports, and formulate Standard Operating Procedures.

·         Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to propose automation enhancements and equipment upgrade initiatives.

Requirements

·         Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

·    Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

·         Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin).

·         Work Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and tackle complex technical issues.

·         Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer operations, MS Office applications, and AutoCAD software.

·         Preferred Certification: Grade A Electrical Worker License (EMSD) is highly preferred (Fresh graduates without a license are also encouraged to apply).

Working Location & Hours

·         Work Location: Government Dockyard / Sunny Bay / Various project sites across Hong Kong

·         Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, 5.5 days per week (No Shift Work)

Compensation

·         Salary: HKD $30,000 – $38,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience).
