Electrical Engineer (Estimator)

1. Education:

• Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).

2. Technical Foundation:

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, materials, equipment, and standards.
• Able to read and understand electrical plans, specifications, single-line diagrams, and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of quantity take-off, costing, and preparation of quotations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and willing to learn estimating software and company systems.

3. Work Traits:

• Willing to learn — open to training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Detail-oriented — able to carefully check quantities, specifications, and project requirements.
• Responsible and dependable — able to complete estimates and quotations within deadlines.
• Can work under pressure and has a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients, suppliers, engineering, purchasing, and production teams.

4. Bonus Traits (Nice to Have but Not Required):

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, EPlan, or other electrical design software.
• Experience or internship involving electrical estimating, design, construction, or panelboard/switchgear projects.
• Familiarity with electrical materials, breakers, cables, panelboards, and switchgear.
• Interest in working in a manufacturing and electrical construction environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
