该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary The Electrical Engineer – Engineer-to-Order (ETO) is responsible for the design, configuration, validation, and technical support of customer-specific products and systems. This role works closely with Sales, Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and customers to transform customer requirements into manufacturable electrical designs and technical solutions. The successful candidate will support projects from order receipt through production and delivery, ensuring all customer requirements, engineering standards, quality expectations, and project milestones are achieved. This position requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple customized projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate combines sound engineering principles with a practical understanding of manufacturing processes and is capable of balancing customer needs, technical requirements, cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Key Responsibilities Engineer-to-Order Project Execution

• Review customer specifications, technical requirements, and project documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into engineered electrical solutions.
• Develop project-specific electrical designs, configurations, and documentation.
• Support project execution from order entry through manufacturing and delivery.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with project requirements.
• Manage multiple ETO projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness. Electrical Design & Engineering
• Design and modify electrical systems, panels, assemblies, and control solutions based on customer requirements.
• Generate and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation.
• Perform electrical calculations and component selection.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Review designs for manufacturability, reliability, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Support design reviews and technical approval processes. Manufacturing Support
• Serve as the primary engineering support resource during manufacturing and assembly activities.
• Provide technical guidance to production personnel and manufacturing operations teams.
• Resolve engineering issues that arise during manufacturing, testing, or commissioning.
• Support development of manufacturing work instructions and technical documentation.
• Evaluate design changes and implement engineering revisions as needed.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations and Quality teams to improve product performance and manufacturability. Customer & Technical Interface
• Participate in technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements and resolve engineering questions.
• Support customer design reviews and project meetings.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide engineering support during project execution and product lifecycle activities.
• Assist in managing technical risks and customer expectations throughout project execution. Product Validation & Testing
• Develop and support verification and validation plans.
• Participate in prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and qualification activities.
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions where required.
• Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and customer witness testing activities.
• Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements. Change Management & Documentation
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical records.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Ensure documentation accuracy and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain revision control and compliance with engineering standards.
• Support traceability and audit requirements. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, design standards, and project execution efficiency.
• Standardize common designs and configurations where practical.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and value engineering activities.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practice development. Qualifications Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, product engineering, systems engineering, or project engineering.
• Experience supporting Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), or custom-engineered products preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and production environments.
• Experience with industrial equipment, control systems, automation systems, electrical assemblies, or engineered products is highly desirable.
