Electrical Engineer (Facilities & Maintenance)

🕘 Working Hours: Mon to Fri 7.42am to 5pm
📅 Duration: 1 year
💰 Salary: UP $5000/mth + 1mth completion bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance for building electrical, HVAC, MV, compressed air and other facility systems.
• Implement IoT and AI-driven solutions to improve maintenance efficiency, energy savings and breakdown recovery.
• Manage utilities systems including HT/LT, metering, energy monitoring, water and gas supply.
• Manage facility repair/improvement projects and vendor submissions, quality and safety compliance.
• Develop and manage Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to streamline M&E maintenance and achieve cost savings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in  Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical, facilities maintenance and management.

• Strong expertise in Electrical & Mechanical Systems maintenance.

• High level of computer proficiency; tech-savvy with an AI-driven mindset.

• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and vendor coordination skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Innovative thinker with a passion for leveraging technology in facilities management.

• Results-oriented with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Work Experience in Manufacturing Industry environment is preferred.
