• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm (5.5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the electrical design of critical power solutions.
• Design MV and LV switchgear, transformers, NER equipment, gensets, ATS & STS transfer switches, static and dynamic UPS systems, energy storage systems, PLC control panels, and system control narratives.
• Integrate various equipment within the critical power solution and liaise with vendors on technical interfacing requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with tender and project specifications.
• Participate in design meetings with internal departments and customers to clarify technical requirements.
• Lead engineers and drafters by setting design targets and providing technical guidance.
• Review and verify engineering documents against approved system designs.
• Keep updated on industry developments related to energy transition, regulations, and emerging technologies, and contribute to new solution concepts.

Requirements

• ITC, Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in electrical design, power systems, switchgear, UPS, or critical power solutions will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
