Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a Electrical Engineer (Hydropower) position with the USACE Little Rock District's Operations Division. This position is with the Hydropower Engineering Section located in Little Rock, AR.
