Primary Duties

• Create and engineer advanced power conversion systems, including DC/DC and AC/DC solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of current product lines while assisting in the creation of new offerings.
• Perform component-level diagnostics on power distribution hardware, UPS units, and electronics to ensure optimal functionality.
• Choose appropriate parts to guarantee that every design adheres to strict manufacturability, reliability, and performance benchmarks.
• Work alongside manufacturing, mechanical, PCB, and sales departments to streamline project success.
• Execute rigorous testing and root cause investigations while maintaining comprehensive technical records.
• Help maintain a high standard of quality by ensuring all designs align with regulatory, industry, and client-specific requirements.

Required Background

• A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a closely related technical field.
• Between three and seven years of professional background in the design of power electronics.
• Practical knowledge regarding switch-mode power supplies, UPS systems, and DC/DC or AC/DC converters.
• Skilled in the operation of spectrum analyzers, meters, oscilloscopes, and various other testing tools.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL standards is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong project coordination, interpersonal communication, and technical problem-solving abilities.
