What You'll Be Doing

• Support electrical engineering projects that improve plant reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and analyzing electrical systems and equipment.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, and operations personnel on plant projects. Collect, organize, and interpret technical data to develop practical solutions and recommendations.

What Are We Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, or industrial equipment through coursework, projects, or hands-on experience. Commitment to safety, learning, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

• Hands-on internship experience in a heavy industrial cement manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to electrical systems, automation technology, and plant operations.
• Combination of office-based project work and field-based activities throughout the plant. Requires adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
